lxtchange is an organization operating in Peru and Bolivia with the fundamental mission of transforming the mindsets of adolescents between the ages of 12 and 16 through a leadership podcast ; an English immersion program that addresses leadership topics; an opportunity platform that centralizes access to scholarships, events, and competitions; and an intensive social innovation bootcamp where young people, organized into teams, identify community problems and develop tangible solutions.
